Registered Nurse (RN)
Our Registered Nurse coordinates all aspects of the client's home care and interacts with other disciplines as needed. In-home, admission visits, and eligibility determinations are part of the RN's duties, as is the development of the Care Plan. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care and medication management to clients under the Registered Nurse's (RN) supervision and direction. The LPN assists the RN as needed and supports the RN in adhering to each client's care plan. Certified Medical Technician (CMT)
The CMT is licensed to administer medication to clients under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). At Bailah, CMTs additionally perform all other functions of a Home Care Aide. We provide these services at the client’s place of residence. Services include, but are not limited to, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship. Companion Caregiver (HCA)
Home Care Aides and Companion Caregivers offer essential services to individuals in their homes and communities, assisting those who need help due to old age, illness, disability, or other conditions. These aides support clients with activities of daily living , including housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship.
