Hello, I am Charisma Leigh, the founder of Bailah HomeCare and a trained physician from Sierra Leone. When you call, you will speak directly with me. I can understand your family member’s health situation.
I will personally select the caregiver for your loved-one in direct collaboration with you, and if you do not connect with them, I will find someone else that works.
If you ever have any concerns or issues with your loved-one or our care, you can talk directly with me to resolve them.
Our caregivers, though some may have a slight accent, are native English speakers. They are mature, highly experienced, and well-educated professionals, which allows them to relate exceptionally well to you and your educated family members. Their diverse backgrounds and strong communication skills enable them to provide compassionate and culturally sensitive care, ensuring the best possible experience for your senior.
Bailah focuses on providing home care in Bethesda, Chevy Chase and Potomac and the seniors who live there.
Our rates are equal to or below the rates of the chain home care companies. We can customize the care to meet your needs.

Charisma Leigh founded Bailah Home Care in 2016 to serve seniors near her home in Bethesda, Mayland. Today, Bailah Home Care offers the best at-home nursing and elder care in Potomac, Bethesda, and Chevy Chase. We are proud to be a local small business, registered in the State of Maryland, and able to provide a level of personalized service that simply can’t be matched by corporate chains.
Charisma trained as a medical doctor in Sierra Leone, and her commitment is to the highest-quality care for Bailah Home Care clients. She staffs the firm with mature, experienced, well-educated caregivers who are native English speakers and who often bring specialized knowledge to the team. As practitioners, the team is highly collaborative, and Charisma and the senior staff know what is going on at all times inside every care plan under management.
